My healthcare career began in 2008 with a broad clinical foundation that culminated in my dual certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (2025) and Family Nurse Practitioner (2016). I further enhanced my specialized knowledge by completing a Psychedelic Assisted Therapy certificate program at the Soundmind Institute in Philadelphia to integrate complementary therapies such as breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, and psychedelic assisted psychotherapy. I work with individuals across a diverse range of psychiatric needs, specializing in: - Substance Use Disorders (Addiction, Suboxone) - Medication Management for: Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and more - Consultation for safe deprescribing of psychiatric medications, genetic testing to narrow down medication selection, review of medical and psychiatric history to provide guidance to clients who are interested in participating in KAP/PAP. - Ketamine assisted psychotherapy will soon be offered for those working 1:1 with a psychotherapist, coach, or guide. My foundational experience in critical care and neurology is particularly valuable for clients with complex medical histories from a wide range of backgrounds and personal challenges.
